I've worked with him since 2019 on a number of projects, including filming several series of financial services specialists speaking direct to camera about their expertise, in ways that everyone can understand. That's not easy, and what I particularly value is Tom's ability to connect with his subjects in a way that means they speak confidently for themselves, in a truly authentic way. It's a very subtle art and he does it supremely well.
